Portrait XO (she/they) is an independent researcher and artist who creates musical and visual works with traditional and non-traditional methods.  In collaboration with Dadabots, they won ‘Best Experiment’ award at VUT Indie Awards 2021, Eurovision AI Song Contest Jury Vote for ‘most creative use of AI’ in 2020.  Her development into AI audiovisual art evolved through several artist residencies from NEW NOW FESTIVAL and BBA Gallery in 2021, and Factory Berlin x Sonar+D in 2020.  She researches computational creativity, human-machine collaboration, and explores new formats &amp; applications for forward-thinking art and sound.  She holds a monthly radio residency with her art &amp; activism collective CO:QUO (CO-CREATE STATUS-QUO) on Refuge Worldwide Radio, is growing a community of hybrid artists at SOUND OBSESSED, and a founding member of The IASAS (International Association of Synaesthetes, Artists, and Scientists).  Her debut research-based AI audiovisual album &#8216;WIRE&#8217; is set to release December 9th 2022.

What does it mean to be human in a data-driven society?  How can humans co-create with AI?  As a transdisciplinary artist who has been researching and integrating creative AI tools into her work as a musician, singer, songwriter, producer, performer, and audiovisual artist, Portrait XO shares how she integrates AI into her work followed by a live demo from her upcoming AI audiovisual album &#8216;WIRE&#8217;.  During this 40 minute session, we will gain an understanding of the possibilities and limitations of current AI tools, approaches, and methods, and how creatives can integrate AI tools in meaningful ways into their practice.
&#8216;WIRE&#8217; will be releasing 9th December 2022 through her independent hybrid arts label &#8211; SOUND OBSESSED.

Matt Adams co-founded Blast Theory in 1991. The group make interactive art to explore social and political questions.
Blast Theory has shown work at the Venice Biennale, Sundance Film Festival and Tate Britain. The group collaborate frequently with the Mixed Reality lab at the University of Nottingham and Matt has co-authored 45 academic papers. Awards include the Golden Nica at Prix Ars Electronica, the Nam June Paik Art Center Award and four BAFTA nominations.
Matt has curated at Tate Modern and at the ICA in London. He has lectured at Stanford University, the Royal College of Art and the Sorbonne.

Co-founder and current co-manager of MOJO Agency and Hugo.live, Benoit has been launching projects in the culture and communication sector for 10 years.
After a 4-year experience as co-founder of Rights&#8217;Up, a startup in Brussels specialised in the collection of music royalties, he went on a world tour for a year and produced video portraits of changemakers with his project Aspeer, in partnership with several media. Back in Belgium, he participated in the creation of a coworking space dedicated to creative professions in Saint-Gilles: the Palazzo, before co-founding the responsible communication agency MOJO Agency with Camille Chatelier.

Benoit Rolin, co-founder of the communication agency MOJO Agency, has come to question us about the impact of digital technology on our environment.
KINGKONG, the new 100% digital media launched by KIKK asbl and developed by his agency, proposes to question its users on this issue.
The media offers a &#8220;Low Carbon&#8221; reading mode that disrupts the user experience on the site by reducing the consumption of the site and the reading devices.
A small step towards raising awareness of the enormous challenges linked to the digital carbon footprint.
