AboutBinocolo design
Binocolo design imagines and produces eco-responsable toys, furniture and spaces for
children. Our pieces, made in Brussels, are playful and elegant. All our creations aim to
stimulate the imagination and create moments of sharing between young and old.
In Italian, Binocolo means « binoculars » : an everyday object that allows us to look far
ahead. And this how we imagine our design publishing house!
Our furniture is durable over time, but also sustainable in terms of its ecological impact.
In our creation, the assembly of the object is part of its soul: on it depend its aesthetics,
its resistance, but also the type of waster it will generate and the possibility of recycling
it.
MarketBoiKousu & La Bande de bras cassés
Our boiKousu range: a children’s chair and table made up elements to assembled by
sewing on wood* with colored organic cotton or linen cords. This ancestral and playful
technique allows a moment of creation and sharing between child and parent.
Subsequently, in this boiKousu range, we will offer evolutionary pieces that can be
combined with the chair or table by transforming it into a bench or rocking chair, but
why not also into a slide or teepee…
La Bande de bras cassés: a game of assembly and imagination to build (or deconstruct)
animals. The pieces fit together with brads and can be easily painted or stained. More
than just toys, theses pieces can also be used as decoration. Les Bras cassés are five in
number and are presented as a band to bring a whole host of adventures to our
characters and your children!
